Every year, the Bradenton Herald invites the community to vote for the businesses and professionals they trust most through the Bradenton’s Best People’s Choice awards. The results for 2026 are in, and our whole team is celebrating.

McNary Law has been voted Bradenton’s Best in Family Law for the fifth time, making us the only firm ever to earn that honor five times. We were also recognized as one of Bradenton’s Best in two additional categories this year: Estate Law and Wills & Trusts Law.

What This Recognition Means to Us

Bradenton’s Best is not decided by a panel or a publication. It is decided by the people of this community. Every vote came from a neighbor, a client, a colleague, or a friend who took a moment to say that our work mattered to them. For a firm built on guiding families through some of the most difficult and most hopeful moments of their lives, there is no recognition we value more.

Family law has been the foundation of McNary Law since its founding by Libby McNary. Divorce, time-sharing, support, and the countless personal decisions wrapped up in those cases are where our team has spent earning trust, one family at a time.

A Milestone for Our Estate Planning Practice

Being recognized in the Estate Law and Wills & Trusts Law categories means something special to us this year. Estate planning is a growing part of our practice, and this recognition tells us that the same care our clients have come to expect in family law matters is showing up in our wills, trusts, and estate planning work as well.

Family law and estate planning are more connected than most people realize. Divorce changes beneficiary designations, guardianship considerations, and homestead rights. A new marriage or a blended family raises questions that a will drafted years earlier may no longer answer. Serving both sides of these transitions under one roof is central to how we practice, and we are grateful the community sees the value in that.

Thank You, Bradenton

To everyone who voted, thank you. To our clients, past and present, thank you for trusting us with what matters most. And to our team, whose work made this recognition possible, thank you for showing up for our clients every single day.

Here’s to continuing to earn that trust in 2026 and beyond.
