AboutLindsay Alvarez

Lindsay Alvarez brings dedication, empathy, and a strong background in education to her role as a family law paralegal. Originally from New York, Lindsay spent 19 years in the field of education, where she honed her communication, organizational, and advocacy skills, qualities that now serve her well in supporting families through complex legal matters.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from SUNY New Paltz in 2005 and went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Special Education from the City College of New York in 2009. In 2025 she transitioned into the legal field with a continued passion for helping others.

Lindsay was honored as ABC7’s Chalkboard Champion in October 2024 for her commitment to education. She also devoted 15 years (2005–2020) as a volunteer Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Newburgh, NY, an experience that deepened her commitment to child advocacy and community service.

When she’s not working, Lindsay enjoys writing, playing the guitar, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.

AboutAmy Schneck

Amy Schneck is a paralegal at McNary Law. Amy was born and raised in Florida and has worked in the legal profession for 19 years. Amy assists all of our clients in preparing their financial paperwork and navigating the procedural aspects of their case. She is skillful at helping clients address the concerns that inevitably arise during a family law case. She will channel those concerns to one of our attorneys if she cannot resolve them herself. Amy’s strong character and thoughtful nature are particularly comforting to clients as they go through the challenges that the unique circumstances of their case present.

Amy is happily married with grown children. In her free time, Amy enjoys the outdoors and making craft projects.
