Born and raised in Westchester County, New York, Melinda earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She moved to Sarasota shortly after law school and has been a trusted advocate for families in the region ever since.
