At McNary Law, we make it easy to schedule your family law mediation with Melinda Delpech, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator with over 30 years of experience in marital and family law.
Before You Book
To ensure a smooth and productive mediation, please confirm that all participants—including both parties and their attorneys—are available on the selected date and time before scheduling.
Booking Policies
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
You can schedule up to 90 days out
If you do not see a date or time that works for everyone involved, please call our office at 941-345-1662 or click here to contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Booking a full-day session? Please find a day that has both a morning and an afternoon opening. Choose either time slot when booking, and note in the comments section that you are requesting a full-day mediation. We will reserve both slots accordingly.
