We’re looking for an experienced Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience who is confident in the courtroom, capable of managing their own caseload, and interested in contributing to the continued growth of our family law practice.

Who You Are:

A Florida-licensed attorney with a minimum of 3 years of legal experience (family law preferred)
Confident in court and comfortable navigating litigation
Ready to take ownership of your cases while having backup when needed
Independent but collaborative — you know how to manage your cases but appreciate a supportive team
Organized, efficient, and an excellent communicator
Looking for a long-term home where you can build a meaningful legal career

The Work:

Handle a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, enforcement, and modifications
Litigate when necessary, negotiate when possible
Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, attend hearings and mediations
Provide thoughtful, strategic counsel to clients
