Prior to entering the civilian legal sector, Alicia served honorably in the United States Navy from 2016 to 2022, where she also worked as a paralegal for the prosecuting Navy JAGS in San Diego, CA. Her military experience sharpened her skills in legal research, case management, and effective communication—traits that continue to define her approach to family law. She earned her ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2023, bringing academic excellence to match her hands-on expertise.

Amy Schneck is a Senior Paralegal at McNary Law with over two decades of experience in the legal field. A Florida native, she brings over 24 years of dedicated service to supporting clients through every stage of their case. Mallory Antovel serves as the Client Intake & Operations Manager at the firm, bringing more than 15 years of experience in human resources, organizational leadership, and business operations.
Throughout her career, Mallory has worked with organizations across multiple industries, partnering with leadership teams to improve workplace practices, streamline operations, and address complex employee matters. Her background in people operations gives her a personal touch with employees and clients alike.
Mallory holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and an MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is also a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Mallory lives in Montana with her husband and their dogs, chickens, and goats. Outside of work, she enjoys fly fishing, backpacking, and tending to their vegetable garden.
