Libby McNary

Libby McNaryLibby McNary is the Founder and Managing Attorney of McNary Law, where she leads our family law practice with compassion, integrity, and over a decade of experience serving clients throughout Bradenton and Sarasota. In addition to her legal work, Libby is deeply committed to giving back—she proudly serves as a Board Member for Pace Center for Girls, Manatee, supporting at-risk youth in our local community.

Originally from Indiana, Libby began her legal career in 2006 as a Law Clerk in the Office of the Indiana Attorney General while attending Indiana University Law School. After relocating to Florida, she joined Harrison, Kirkland, Pratt & McGuire, P.A. in 2010 before establishing her own firm in 2012, focusing exclusively on marital and family law matters.

Libby represents clients in a wide range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody and time-sharing, paternity, alimony, child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and more. She is an active member of the Manatee County Bar Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (Manatee Chapter), and the Manatee American Inn of Court.

When she’s not advocating for her clients or volunteering in the community, Libby enjoys spending time at home in Lakewood Ranch with her husband and daughter, as well as traveling and reading.
